CChealthqigong at Cummer Park's Holiday Party 2010
In December, Cummer Park Community Centre hosted a party to celebrate the winter holidays. Various community groups participated with song and dance. CChealthqigong members did two performances. First was a special choreography that integrated two different styles of Health Qigong - Ba Duan Jin and Yi Jin Jing. It was a nice change from our typical routine and our members rose to the challenge of learning something new in a very very short span of time. Second was Mawangdui Daoyin Shu, which was performed by duo Edward Ho and Frances Kwok. Thanks to all our members for their participation. We really appreciated that you took the time out for the extra practices and for showing up to the event.
