First Class at Mon Sheong Foundation
The first Health Qigong class at Mon Sheong's Volunteer Centre came to an end in November of 2010. Students were introduced to Health Qigong through Ba Duan Jin. This photo album documents the final group exam. Thanks everyone for your participation!
