On July 7th, 2018, CCHQO was invited by Councillor Alan Ho to the 8th Annual Ward-2, City of Markham, Community BBQ/Picnic. We were honoured to have the opportunity to demonstrate Health Qigong Ba Duan Jin and Health Qigong Taiji Stick Health Preservation Exercise in front of all the participants and received a warm welcome from the audiences. After our demonstration, Councillor Alan Ho took a beautiful picture with all our demonstration members.
